SHIPPING: Camperbros Srl is pleased to protect consumers against the risk of loss of goods before they have come in physical possession of the goods. Camperbros Srl is not responsible for the loss of the products after delivering.

IMPORTANT: In case of absence, the courier will retry delivery, but if the second attempt fails to deliver, the good will remain at the depot of the courier for a limited time waiting for your retirement. You will be notified to this effect. If despite the warning you don’t go to pick up the package, this will come back to us. In this case the failure of the delivery is charged to the consumer, so the reimbursement will be reduced of the costs of delivering and also that of return of the good.

PARCEL WILL BE DAMAGED DURING THE TRANSPORT, WHAT TO DO? : In order that Camperbros Srl can protect consumers in case of damage of the goods, the customers will be warned that any claim for damage to the goods must be notified immediately to the courier after receiving the goods. The receipt of the packet must be signed with reservations; the type of damage on the package should be specified. Before opening the package, the consumer must take some pictures of the damage encountered on the packaging. In addition, consumers need to photograph also the clear readable waybill attached to the packaging. Only then, the consumer may open the package; check the integrity of the goods receipt. If the product is damaged, the consumer must immediately and at the latest after 24 hours inform Camperbros Srl about the damage caused during the transport by a message, and as indicated as follows, the required documents must send in the appendix to our e-mail address: AMMINISTRAZIONE@CAMPERBROS.COM
1) Photos of the damaged parcel,
2) Photos of damaged goods,
3) A signed statement by the consumer addressed to Camperbros Srl that declares the damaged findings and the value of the purchased goods.
4) Photo or scanned copy of the "Documento di vendita e trasporto" or "Fattura Accompagnatoria" included in the package.
Camperbros Srl reserves the right to request further information or evidence to the consumer.

Technical information
The technical information published in the website of Camperbros Srl derived from the information published by the manufacturer of the articles included in our catalog. Camperbros Srl, therefore reserves the right to modify/ adapt technical information for the items in the catalogue without prior notice specifications. The pictures of the articles are to be interpreted as a guide, since the characteristics of items delivered may differ slightly from the photos in the catalog.

Availability of Products
Camperbros Srl reserves the right to accept or decline any orders that are placed, and in any case depending on availability of the goods. If the sell items are temporarily unavailable, the customers will be notified in this case by e-mail within a maximum of seven days after receiving the order. In case that the ordered goods are no longer available Camperbros Srl reserves the right to cancel the purchase request, and to refund back the amount already paid as a credit.

The prices of the displayed products may include the VAT or exclude them also. However, it appears in every page, whether VAT is applied. Prices may change at any time, without notice. Payments The ordered items must be paid in advance, by a present payment method via the selected link: "Payment methods". Payment must be made within 3 business days.

Shipping and Returns
